Mr. Vilas Kulkarni

B.A Eco & PGDBA (Finance)

Mr. Kulkarni has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing in Real Estate industry. He has worked with leading group like DLF, leading the sale of its Group Housing, commercial, villas, town houses plots and farmlands. He was involved with launching Phase IV of DLF spread over 250 acres comprising of plots, modular homes, group housing and commercial.
He has also been associated with ITC in designing and implementation of their premium Condominium complex Laburnum which was marketed by direct sales, as well as the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf as part of the premium lifestyle brand.
Mr. Kulkarni was also involved in construction leasing and sale of The Capital Court by the Lalbhai Group in Munirka to leading companies like HDFC Ltd, Sun Micro System, IDFC, Ernst and Young Denso etc. Liaised with DDA to implement an underground parking space on BOT basis.
He headed sales, marketing and CRM functions in Silverglades for implementation of IVY Condominium complex, the first Serviced apartment complex The Peach Tree and Tarudhan – 100 acres of Golf gated villas community with a ninehole executive golf course. He also headed the Sales CRM and Project management of Hibiscus Condominium Complex.
With IREO, India’s largest FDI in real estate, he was entrusted the responsibility for setting up and implementing the Punjab and Panchkula Greenfield projects as Head Sales along with additional responsibility of assisting the Gurgaon team for new launches and formulating the companies CRM program. He successfully launched the 500 acres township ‘IREO Waterfront’ in Ludhiana.
He headed the FDI project (promoted by BCRE of Israel, IL&FS and Silverglades) – The Imperial Golf Estate – Punjab’s only Jack Nicklaus Course with Premium Residences spread over 300 acres in Ludhiana. 

Mr. Amit Pandey

B.Sc. & MBA

Mr. Pandey has experience spanning a decade in Consulting and Sales.
He started his foray in Real Estate with as Real Estate Consulting firm operating in Delhi NCR.
He was given an independent charge to set up the Ahmedabad operations for the firm. He successfully set up the office and completed recruitment’s to function as a profit Centre for the Firm.
To explore and expand the knowledge base he founded Blue House Consulting in 2014 . He has worked on many independent projects in Noida and Rajasthan. Later he expanded operations with his partner to other geographies like Punjab, Gurgaon and Orissa. Blue House now works in different locations with dedicated partners and on a Mandate across various fields like Research, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Advisory, Construction etc.
